Our square 12-cavity baking pan, often called a “brownie pan” or “mini loaf pan,” is highly versatile for creating perfectly portioned, individual-sized treats with crispy edges on every side.<\/p>\n
Beyond standard brownies, these pans are excellent for desserts that benefit from uniform shapes and portion control:
\n– Brownies & Bars: Ensures every piece is a “corner piece” with crusty edges and a soft centre. Use it for lemon bars, fudge, or blondies.
\n– Mini Cakes & Breads: Ideal for individual pound cakes, fruitcakes, or coffee cakes. You can also bake mini loaves of banana, zucchini, or carrot bread.
\n– Cheesecakes & Tarts: Create individual square cheesecakes with cookie-crumb bases or mini fruit tarts.
\n– Muffins & Cupcakes: Provides a unique square shape for standard muffin or cupcake batters.
\n– Make mini frittatas, omelettes, or “boiled” eggs (baking them in the wells) for easy grab-and-go morning meals.
\n– Portion Control & Freezing: Use the cavities to freeze perfectly sized portions of pasta sauce, pesto, or stock for future use.
\n– Use it as a condiment tray for parties (e.g., taco toppings or burger fixings) or as a snack tray for kids.
\n– Non-Stick for Easy Release
