Can also be mixed with paint base to create chocolate paint.<br \/>\n-Oil-based edible food colouring is primarily used for colouring ingredients rich in fats and oils, such as buttercream, chocolate, ganache, cake batter, and fondant, ensuring vibrant and even colour distribution.<br \/>\n-These colours are known for delivering vibrant and intense hues, especially when used in chocolate or candy melts.<br \/>\n-Beyond the basics, you can also use oil-based food colouring in flower pastes, gum pastes, modelling pastes, royal icing, marzipan, cake mixes, pastry, frostings, iso-malt, piping gel, and cake lace mixes.<br \/>\n-When colouring candy melts or couverture chocolates, you must use oil-based food colouring.
