Care and Maintenance Instructions
To keep your meat grinder performing at its best and prevent rust or wear, follow these simple care steps:
Pre-Use Wash: Clean all parts with hot, soapy water before assembling for the first time.
Wipe completely dry.Assembly: Assemble the internal cutters and cross-knife according to the instruction diagram. Ensure the cutting edges face outwards against the grinder plate.
Post-Use Cleaning: Disassemble and wash the machine thoroughly with warm, soapy water after every use.
Dry and Lubricate: Dry all components completely immediately after washing. Apply a few drops of edible cooking oil to the steel grinder plate and cutting blade to protect the metal from oxidisation, then store the machine in a dry place.
