How to Place Your Order
- Add your items to the cart and proceed to Checkout.
- Select “Pudo Locker to Locker” as your shipping method.
- Find your preferred locker using the Pudo Locker Finder ↗️.
- Crucial Step: Copy the exact name of the locker and paste it into the “Notes” box at checkout.
*If left blank, we will automatically select the locker closest to your shipping address. - Once payment is confirmed, we’ll pack your order and send you a tracking number. You can track its journey via The Courier Guy Portal ↗️.
How to Collect Your Package
- Get Your PIN: When your package arrives, Pudo will send you an SMS and email with the locker’s exact address and your unique Collection PIN.
- Collect Anytime: Most lockers are accessible 24/7. Visit the locker, tap “Pick Up” on the screen, and type in your PIN.
- Grab & Go: The locker door housing your parcel will automatically pop open!
